家庭治疗对精神分裂症复发率影响的对照研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨家庭治疗对精神分裂症病人复发率的影响。方法将符合CCMD-3精神分裂症诊断标准初次住院并痊愈出院的60例男病人随机分为两组,对A组的30例精神分裂症病人不进行家庭治疗,而B组的30例精神分裂症病人进行家庭治疗,两个疗程后随访两年,应用CCMD-3的精神分裂症诊断标准对两组病人进行是否复发的诊断。结果A组病人的复发率(73.33%)明显高于B组(16.67%),差异具统计学意义(χ2=19.46,P<0.05)。结论家庭治疗可以相应地减少精神分裂症病人的复发率。
