城市地价监测点的价格更新是地价动态监测体系维护和更新的重要部分,从监测点地价的影响因素分析出发,采用多因素权重法建立监测点地价更新的数学模型,以专家确定影响因素权重和估价师对各因子变动比例打分的形式,掌握土地条件变化引起的地价动态变化,从而达到更加准确、方便、快捷更新监测点地价的目的。以重庆市江北区部分监测点为例证明此方法的可行性。
