论以德育人与以法育人——从当代大学生违法犯罪原因谈起

ON COMBINATION OF MORAL EDUCATION WITH LEGAL EDUCATION——A DISCUSSION OF LAW - VIOLATION AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS

针对大学生违法犯罪呈明显上升趋势的社会现象,结合典型案例分析了大学生违法犯罪的特点及主要原因,提出加强道德教育是预防大学生违法犯罪的根本措施,加强法制教育是减少大学生违法犯罪的强有力手段,并强调以德育人与以法育人相结合的重要意义及通过公民教育等手段实现两者的统一。

Crime rate among college students shows a rising tendency. Targeting this social phenomenon, this paper analyzes the characteristics and causes of the crimes committed by college students, and argues that strengthening moral education is a fundamental measure and strengthening legal education is a forceful means to reduce and prevent law violation among the students. A combination of moral education with legal education can be realized through the civil education.
