ON THE QUALITY OUTLOOK IN THE MASSIFIED DEVELOPMENT OF HIGHER EDUCATION IN CHINA

高等教育大众化是社会发展的必然趋势。从国内外的研究来看,高等教育大众化发展的趋势有其深刻的理论渊源。对高等教育大众化发展的趋势与教育质量问题作出分析,从而构建出科学的质量观,将有助于人们更加客观地认识到实现高等教育大众化的重要意义。

The massification of higher education, an inevitable trend in social development, has its profound theoretical origin. This paper analyzes this trend in social development in China and the existing problems in the respect of educational quality and advocate the scientific outlook of quality.
