摘要
由现代化图书馆给图书馆人提出的挑战出发,探讨了作为现代“书库”人除应有爱岗敬业的精神外,还应有一种紧迫感和与时俱进的精神,从更细致的角度出发,自觉深化服务意识。
Based on the challenges faced by the librarians in the process of library modernization, this paper argues that modem librarians should show the spirit of professional dedication in their work and keep pace with the times so as to offer a better Service.
