摘要
学校发展以教师为本,教师素质以师德为先。要在高校加强师德师风建设,一方面教师要提高自身的师德水平,树立良好的为人师表和教书育人的形象,另一方面学校要坚持以人为本的管理理念,全面关心和爱护教师的切身利益,建立科学的管理体系和灵活的运行机制,为师德师风建设提供保障,努力探索加强师德师风建设、培养优秀人才的新途径、新方法。
The teaching staff forms the basis for the development of educational institutions, while teachers＇ morals constitute the first component of teachers＇quality. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate and enhance teachers＇morals in institutions of higher education. On the one hand, the teachers should improve their own morals and be people of exemplary virtue. On the other, the universities should insist on the principle of ＂people foremost＂ and show due concern about the immediate and vital interests of the teachers. In addition, the paper calls for the establishment of a rational administration system and a flexible operation system to provide support to the good teachers＇ moral construction.
