摘要
对采集的200余份样品采用稀释平板法、土壤平板法分离,获得近千个菌株,共鉴定出真菌49属98种,其中中国新记录属3个,新记录种11个.初步明确了土壤中常见真菌类群,如曲霉属Aspergillus、镰孢菌属Fusarium、青霉属Penicillium、木霉属Trichoderma等真菌的数量与分布.
More than 200 soil samples were collected. About 1000 fungal were isolated from the soll samples by means of dilution plate and soil plate. 98 species of 49 geonera were identified, among which three genera and 11 species are newly recorded in China. The amount and distribution of such common soil fungi as Aspergillus, Fusarium, Penicillium and Trichoderma in various collection places are preliminarily clear.
