摘要
基于高压频闪灯闪光频率与被测物体转速同步的原理,提出一种新的非接触数字旋转测速方法,分析了测速原理,给出测速系统的具体实现方案,并进行了硬件设计和软件分析.实验结果和现场应用表明,该数字旋转测速系统具有性价比高、性能稳定可靠等诸多优点.
The paper puts forward a new non - contact digital measuring method of rotational speed based on the synchronization principle of the frequency of high voltage stroboscopic lighting and rotational speed. The principle of rotational speed measurement is analyzed and discussed. The realized scheme of the rotational speed measurement system is presented, and the hardware design and software analysis are achieved. Through testing and application, the rotational speed measurement system is proved to possess high cost performance, high reliability and high stability.
