摘要
人格主要指个人的法律人格、心理人格、道德人格。法律人格的实质是“平等”,心理人格的本质是“和谐”,道德人格的核心是“善良”。人格教育和养成过程中,应特别注重激发人格建设的内在意识,发挥教育者自身人格魅力的影响作用。
Personality mainly refers to the legal, psychological and moral personality of an individual. "Equality'is the substance of the legal personality, "harmony'the essence of the psychological personality, " kindness" the core of moral personality. In the education and development of personality, educators should attach importance to the stimulation of the inherent of an individual and give full scope for their personality glamour.
