云南省不明原因猝死与蘑菇中毒时空分布比较

Analysis on the Distribution of the Unidentified Sudden Death and Mushroom Poisoning in Yunnan Province

目的从时空分布角度对云南省不明原因猝死及蘑菇中毒进行比较。方法收集2005年夏季云南省不明原因猝死及蘑菇中毒发病资料,采用Kulldorff时空聚集分析比较二者在时间、空间、时空分布上的异同。结果不明原因猝死与蘑菇中毒均具有时间、空间聚集性,但特点不同。不明原因猝死聚集于西北部,以7月1日至8月24日高发,而蘑菇中毒在南部出现聚集区,6月4日至6月24日东南部高发,6月18日至7月22日西南部高发。结论从时空分布角度不支持不明原因猝死为蘑菇中毒所致。

Objective To compare space - time distributional patterns of sudden death and mushroom poisoning in Yunnan. Methods Morbidity and mortality data on the two diseases in Yunnan during summer 2005 were collected. Kulldorff＇ s scan statistic was adapted to test whether these two diseases had same distribution pattern on space and time. Results There was a concentrative occurrence for both diseases in space - time distribution. High morbidity was identified in north- west region for sudden death from July 1^st to August 24th, and in south- east region from June 4^sh to June 24^th, and in south- west region from June 18th to July 22^rd for mushroom poisoning. Conclusion In light of space - time distribution, the sudden death couldn＇t be explained by the hypothesis of mushroom poisoning.
