摘要
对我国茶叶卫生质量:农残含量、重金属和有害微生物及非茶异物(包括磁性物等)的现状和影响因素进行了分析,提出了茶叶质量安全控制措施:优化茶园生态环境;科学合理施用肥料;茶园病虫害实行综合治理,积极采用生物防治措施,减少使用化学农药;减少茶叶加工中的污染;
The present situation of tea sanitation quality in China including pesticide- remain, heavy metal, foreign matter(not tea), and the factors to influent them were analyzed. According the analysis, several safety measures to control tea quality were put forward: improve the ecology environment of tea garden, apply fertilizer rationally, practice the comprehensive way to harness plant diseases and insect pests, carry out active biological prevention and cure, increase the quantity of chemical - pesticide and the pollution during making tea.
