在当代,保障人权已日益成为与惩罚犯罪相并行的刑事司法理念。在此背景下,我国刑事司法界采用了“亲情会见”制度,以彰显刑罚之人性化。“亲情会见”在实践中带来了意想不到的效果,但其弊端亦不容忽视。故应及早进行规范,使之获得更好的社会效果。

Contemporarily, ensuring human rights has already gradually become the criminal judicial idea that run side by side with that of punishing crimes. Under this background, the system ＂ the kindred meets ＂ arises in the criminal judicial circle of our country, in order to reflect the humanization of penalty. ＂The kindred meets＂ had brought the unexpected result in practice, but its drawback can＇ t be ignored. In this text, through proving pros and cons of system and how to maximize favoumble factors and minimize unfavourable ones, I hope that the legislative circle can norm this system early, and making it obtain better social effection.
