研究生是我国教育制度培养的高层次人才,将责无旁贷地承担起建设中国特色社会主义和全面建设小康社会的历史重任。研究生思想政治教育是一项系统工程。在新的历史条件下,研究生思想政治教育不但非常必要而且具有紧迫性。针对研究生开展思想政治教育,必须首先进行观念转变,树立研究生思想政治教育的新观念;其次要在教育方式上进行创新,在加强理论教育,培育人文和科学精神培养的同时,促进思想政治教育和知识教育的有机结合。同时,要重视导师参与,关注研究生的心理健康,融心理健康教育于思想政治教育中,努力开创研究生思想政治教育的新局面。

Postgraduates are the high-level talents educated by China＇s educational system. They will dutifully undertake the historic responsibility for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the comprehensive construction of the well-off society. The ideological and political education for postgraduates is a systematic engineering work. Under the new historic condition, the postgraduates＇ ideological and political education is not only extremely essential but also imminent. In order to carry out the ideological and political education, First, our concept must be transformed and then the new concept of the postgraduates＇ ideological and political must be set up. Second, in the way of education, innovation must be strengthened and humanities and scientific spirit must be cultivated. Third, the organic synthesis of ideologic and political education and knowledge education must be promoted. The professors should be taken to participate in this education. Attention should be taken to participate in this education. Attention should also be pard to postgraduates＇ psychological health. By doing so, a new ball game of postgraduates＇ ideological and political education will be initiated.
