湖北省土地生产要素深度开发与利用问题研究

Research on the Deep Exploitation and Utilization of the Soil Production Factor in Hubei Province

土地资源是重要的农业生产要素之一。通过分析湖北省土地资源现状,特别是耕地资源开发利用状况,发现湖北省人均耕地资源均低于全国平均水平,且具有较高的复种指数和生产率,这一方面反映出湖北省耕地资源利用效率较高,另一方面也表明湖北省现有耕地生产潜力不大,增产空间有限,因此,如何培肥地力值得重视。

Land resources are important agricultural production factors. By way of analyzing the exploitation and utilization status quo of land resources, especially cultivated land resources, this paper finds that the per capital cultivated land resources of Hubei is lower than that of the whole country. What＇s more, the cropping index and the productivity of the cultivated land in Hubei are higher than the average, wihich indicates that the cultivated land use efficiency of Hubei is higher. Nevertheless, it also indicates that the status production potential of the cultivated land of Hubei is limited. Hence, much importance should be attached to the issue on how to improve the cultivated land productivity.
