摘要
如何做好研究型大学的人才培养工作,为国家和社会输送创新性研究人才,是目前许多高校正在思考和探索的问题。文章从本科教育、研究生教育、师资队伍建设三个方面对研究型大学建设过程中的人才培养问题进行了探讨。
A lot of universities are considering and exploring how to do the talent education job in research universities so as to train innovative talents for the nation and society. This paper explores talent education of research.oriented universities in undergraduate education , postgraduate education and teachers-building procession.
