论编辑的慧眼

Theory of Editor's Insight

学报编辑要慧眼识文,首先应当培养一双以学术的视角服务于人民、国家和社会的政治慧眼;其次要培养一双“视学术为生命、有深广学术功力”的学者慧眼;其三要培养一双“思想深邃、字斟句酌”的编辑学家慧眼,努力修炼成一名学养深厚、思维严密、服务人民的可敬学者与编辑学家。

If a journal editor wants to have an insightful mind, firstly, he should cultivate political insight that serves the people, nation and society from the scientific point of view. Secondly, he should cultivate scholastic insight, with which he regards the science as his life and have a deep and wide academic ability. Finally, he should cultivate editorial insight, with which he has deep thought and considers every word carefully. And he should endeavor to become a respectable scholar and editor who have profound knowledge and strict thought and serve the people.
