试论邓小平同志的农业思想

On Deng Xiaoping's Thoughts of Agriculture

小平同志以农村实施家庭联产承包责任制作为启动建设有中国特色的社会主义宏伟事业的奠基礼，高屋建瓴地规划了农业改革与发展的未来，从而有机构成了其农业思想的内涵。他的总体设计是以农业作为国民经济的基础这一科学理论为出发点，并在充分汲取广大群众创造性经验的基础上形成的。实践证明小平同志的农业思想富有远见卓识。

Abstract Comrade Deng xiaoping uses the household contract and responsibility as the cornerstone of his great enterprise to build chinese specific socialism,then projects the futher of agricultural reform and development. These two points constitute the connotation of his agrigultural thoughts. His general plan uses the scientific theory that agricalture is the basis of national economy as the deporture point and uses the massive peasant's mitiative as his thinking sources. The practice has proved his correctness.
