摘要
在全面建设小康社会的重要时期,推进生产力的跨越式发展无论对于生产力发展本身还是对于社会整体发展都具有战略意义。生产力的跨越式发展需要各种社会条件的综合支持。一定阶段的经济、政治和文化要素分别作为社会经济条件、政治条件和文化条件对生产力的跨越式发展发挥着不同的功能。要真正理解生产力跨越式发展战略实施的内在机制,就必须在更广阔的社会哲学的视野内对其进行社会综合分析。
In the period of overall constructing the Well-off Society, advancing the striding development of productivity has strategic meaning to both the development of productivity and the development of the whole society. It needs integrated social conditions to achieve the striding development of productivity. Many economic, political and cultural factors exert different functions on the development of productivity as economic conditions, political conditions and cultural conditions.
