用间接免疫荧光法和间接免疫酶法对老年人呼吸道合胞病毒肺炎的检测

The detections of respiratory syncytial virus pneumonia in gerontal patients using immunofluorecent assay and immunoperoxidase assay

目的探讨用间接免疫荧光法和间接免疫酶法检测老年人呼吸道感染呼吸道合胞病毒(Res-piratorysycytialvirus,RSV)抗原的可能性。方法本文对53例老年人急性肺炎患者鼻咽分泌物(Nosopharyngealsecretion,NPS)进行病毒分离,同时采用间接免疫荧光法和间接免疫酶法检测NPS脱落细胞中RSV抗原,比较这二种方法的相关性。结果从53例NPS标本中分离出RSV18株,NPS分离阳性率为33.8%。而间接免疫荧光法和间接免疫酶法检测NPS脱落细胞中RSV抗原,阳性率分别为33.8%和30.0%,与病毒分离比较,均具有较高的敏感性和较强的特异性,与病毒分离的总相符率分别为100%和88.7%。结论两法均可作为RSV的快速诊断方法应用于临床。

Objective To probe the possibility to detect the respiratory syncytial virus antigen in the elderly with lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Virus was isolated from nasopharyngeal secreta（NPS） of 53 gerontal patients with acute pneumonia, at the same time, the RSV antigen of the NPS ceils were detected by indirect immunofluoresent assay and indirect immunoenzyme assay, and the relatedness of two methods for detecting RSV were compared. Resuits 18 strains of RSV were isolated from 53 NPS samples, and with 33.8% of positive ratio, whereas the rates of positive were 33.8% and 30.0% by indirect immunofluoresent assay and indirect immunoenzyme assay, respectively. Compared to the results of virus isolating, the sensitivity and specificity of the other two assays were quite well, and the correlativity to virus isolating were 81.1% and 82.5% respectively. Conclusion Both of the two methods can be used to clinically fast-diagnosis for RSV pneumonia.
