宣肺化瘀润肠汤治疗便秘的临床观察

Xuan Fei Hua Yu Run Chang Decoction （Decoction for Ventilating the Lung,Resolving Blood Stasis and Loosening the Bowels）tn the Treatment of Constipation

习惯性便秘及肛肠疾病术后继发性便秘200例（为气滞血瘀，肠道津亏型）分两组：治疗组120例，服用自拟宣肺化瘀润肠汤治疗；对照组80例，服用市售苁蓉通便口服液。治疗组有效率95％，治疗术后继发性便秘显效率达100％；对照组有效率88％，治疗术后继发性便秘显效率94％。结果表明，宣肺化瘀润肠汤治疗便秘具有化瘀导滞不伤正气，排除浊邪糟粕而不致腹泻的特点。

The two hundreds patients with habitual constipation and secondary constupation after operation for colorectal disease,which belong to qi stagnancy ＆ blood stasis,intestinal body fluid insufficency type, were divided into two groups. Treatment group（120 cases） were administered with the self-designed Decoction（for ventilating the lung, resolving blood stasis and loosening bowels）, controlled group（80 cases） with Herba cistanches oral solution for promoting defecation（bought from market）. As results, in treatment group the effective rate was 95%;for secondary constipation after operation,rate of excellent results was 100%;while in controlled group, the effective rate was 88 %, excellent rate was 94 %. These results show that the self-designed Decoction for constipation has such advantages as resolving blood stasis and removing stagnancy,but without impairing vital qi;as rei ecting turbid pathogens and dross, but without inducing
