非手术疗法治疗老年急性嵌顿环状混合痔临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Senile Acute Incarcerated Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids by Non-operative Therapies

探讨老年急性嵌顿环状混合痔的非手术疗法。将35例老年急性嵌顿环状混合痔在复位后，口服痔血胶囊和短程泼尼松（治疗组），并设单纯口服痔血胶囊32例对照（对照组），观察患者肛门水肿、疼痛消失情况。治疗组总有效率77．1％，对照组53．1％（P〈0．05）。结果表明，痔血胶囊联合短程泼泥松口服，对消除老年急性嵌顿环状混合痔水肿、疼痛疗效好，是一种有效的非手术方法之一。

The aim of this study was to probe into non-operative therapies for senile acute incarcerated circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. 35 patients with this disease were orally administered Zhi Xue Capsule and short-course prednisone following reposition,as treatment groups controlled group（32 cases） only administered Zhi Xue Capsule. The disappearance status of anal edema, pain of both groups were observed and recorded. As results, total effective rate was 77.1% in treatment group; was 53.1% ,in controlled group（ P 〈0.05）. These show that oral administration of Zhi Xue Capsule combined with short course prednisone is an effective non-operative therapy with better elimination edema and pain from senile acute incarcerated circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
