固体润滑摩擦副有摩擦接触问题的数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 固体润滑摩擦副接触问题数值分析的传统的微分法涉及边界迭代,计算过程冗长且不易收敛。以新发展的变分法和非线性优化方法求解能量泛函,研究了固体润滑摩擦副表面摩擦力下的接触问题。考虑到表面涂层在固体润滑摩擦副中使用的广泛性,特别分析了表面涂层的影响,并对计算结果进行了讨论。计算结果显示,表面涂层和摩擦力对摩擦副的应力分布有重大影响。随着摩擦因数由0.1到0.5逐渐增大,各点最大应力增加了33%,且涂层表面的应力变化最明显,这对固体润滑涂层的强度提出了很高要求。 For the analysis technology of the contact problem for the friction pair with solid lubricant, the traditional differential method need to deal with the border iterative, and the computational process is time-consuming and difficult to balance. The variation and non-linear optimization method were employed to solve the energy functions to study the contact problem for friction pair with solid lubricant. Considering that the surface coating of lubricates was used widely, the influence of the surface coating was analyzed, and the results were discussed. Calculating results show that the surface coating and the friction greatly affect the stress state of the friction pair. When the friction coefficient increasing from 0.1 to 0. 5, the maximal press increases with the value of 33%.
