油液中磨粒粒度分布的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 磨粒的粒度分布不但是决定设备磨损进程的重要因素,而且是磨损类型识别的基础。采用激光光阻法对一液压系统中的磨粒分布进行了测量,用2χ检验法对其概率分布形式及分布参数进行了分析。结果表明,该系统油液中磨粒粒度呈对数正态分布,用2χ检验法能确定磨粒分布参数。 Size distribution of wear particles is an important factor affecting the wear course of a machine, and a base for distinguishing the wear type. The size distribution of wear particles in hydraulic oil of an automatic ceramic tile presser was measured with laser block accounting method and χ^2 test method was used to ascertain the form of the probability distribution function and its distribution parameters. The result shows that the size probability distribution of the wear particles in the hydraulic oil obeys Gaussian distribution,χ^2 test method can ascertain the distribution parameters.
