摘要
利用Pro/E的热力学分析对机械密封的动环进行有限元分析,通过对密封环摩擦热、搅拌热等因素的分析计算,分析密封环端面温度对密封环结构变形的影响。结果表明:内流式机械密封端面温度径向呈近似抛物线分布;密封环内的温度梯度使密封环产生热变形,导致形成圆锥型的端面;热变形会使密封环产生内应力。
The finite element analysis of movable ring in mechanical seal was performed by Pro/E thermodynamic analysis module. Through analysis and computation on the factors of seal ring such as the friction heat and agitation heat, the effect of the seal ring' s end surface temperature on the structure distortion of the seal ring was analyzed. Result shows that the end surface temperature of the internal flowing mechanical seal is approximate parabola distribution; the temperature gradient in the seal ring makes the seal ring thermal deformation, which results in eonoid end surface; thermal deformati.n can result in the inner stress on the seal ring.
