溶液法低温合成SiO_2凝胶及其玻璃

摘要 本文以正硅酸四乙酯Si(OC_2H_5)_4为基础原料,以无水乙醇C_2H_5OH为溶剂,以NH_4OH、HAC水溶液为催化剂,利用Si(OC_2H_5)_4的水解反应制备SiO_2凝胶,并将SiO_2干凝胶在不同温度下进行热处理,得到SiO_2粉状与块状玻璃.将得到的凝胶进行了差热分析,并对不同温度下热处理与的凝胶与形成的玻璃进行了红外吸收光谱与电镜试验测定.本文着重讨论影响Si(OC_2H_5)_4水解、聚合反应的因素及其对一些实验现象的初步分析. In this paper, SiO_2 gels were prepared by hydrolisis reaction of Si (OC_2H_5)_4 Si(OC_2H_5)_4 was used as basic material, absolute ethyl alcohol was solvent and aqeous solutions of NH_4OH and HAC were catalytic agents, Powdered and bulk SiO_2 glasses were obtained by treating the dried gels at different temperatures, The gels were measured by DTA, and the gels treated at different temperatures and the formed glasses were measured by IR-spectrum and TEM. The affecting factors on the hydrolisis of Si(OC_2H_5)_4 and the condention reactions were discussed. Some experimental phenomena were analyzed.
