西藏自治区图书情报业发展研究探析

A Study of the Development of Library and Information Servicein Tibet Autonomous Region

旧西藏,西藏图书情报事业一片空白,实行民主改革以来,国家和自治区人民政府十分重视和关心西藏图书情报事业的发展,尤其是实施西部大开发5年来,西藏已初步形成了图书情报事业的雏形,在各项工作中取得了很大的成绩,文章分析了西藏图书情报业发展现状,存在的问题,提出了发展图书情报业的对策和策略。

Library and Information Service did not exist in old Tibet. Since the democratic reforms were put through, the national government has paid enormous attention to the development of library and information service in Tibet, especially during the five years of the Development of the West Regions. Now an embryonic form of library and information servicehas initially been created. Moreover, it has achieved greatly in all aspects. This article analyzs the present situation and the problems of the development of library and information service in Tibet. In addition, it proposes some tentative solutions and strategies.
