摘要
传统的轧机传动设备速度控制器采用PI调节器,不能满足现代轧钢工艺的要求。阐述了负荷观测器的基本原理,设计了用于抑制轧机咬钢扰动的负荷扰动观测器,并应用到轧钢系统中。通过实践证明,采用负荷观测器比PI控制器能更好地降低动态速降,缩短恢复时间,在生产中取得良好的效果。
Mostly rolling mill's main drive use PI speed controller, that can not satisfy the teehines. The paper describes the principle of the load observer, designs the load observer which used in control the disturbance of rolling and be used in rolling. The application shows this system has several merits, such as diminishing dynamic speed drop, restore time and raising the performance. The load observer is applied to the engineering items of main drive system in rolling mill and is proved to be effective.
