摘要
针对羰基合成反应中由相邻反应器单向热耦合引起温度误差大的问题,提出了一种将PID,Smith,PWM与模糊控制结合起来,构成参数在线自调整的智能模糊控制系统的方法。将该系统应用于羰基合成反应器的温度控制中,实践证明效果非常理想。
According to the question of temperature error which dues to single direction heat coupled border upon carbonyl compound reaction equipment, a new method combined with PID, smith, PWM and fuzzy controller technology, constituted intelligent fuzzy controller system based on parameter self-adjusting is introduced. The system is applicated in temperature control of the carbonyl compound reaction equipment, experiment result shows that the control system is a practical and nice control system.
