摘要
武钢热轧厂3段原有动态补偿和高次谐波滤波器存在性能指标低、能耗高、响应慢等问题,需要进行技术改造。分析了原有装置存在的问题,比较了SR,TCR,TCT补偿装置的性能与特点,描述了选用TCR补偿装置的组成与原理。根据现场负载的测量分析结果,确定实施方案,给出了应用TCR补偿装置改造后取得的无功补偿和谐波抑制实际效果。
It has the problems in the old dynamic reactive compensation and high harmonic filter in NO 3 sector of the hot-rolling plant of Wu Gang Co Ltd, which is the low target of performance and the high of power waste and the slowly responding. So it needed to be rebuilt. This paper analyses the problems that exist in the older system. It compares the performances and characters among the devices of the SR, TCR and TCT dynamic reactive compensation. It describes the working principles and structures of the selected TCR devices. According to results of measuring and analyzing in the field load ,the applied scheme was decided, this paper gives the factual effect in reactive power compensation and harmonics restraint received after the applied TCR compensations to rebuild the older ones.
