摘要
目的 建立一种快速、准确的高效液相色谱法同时测定盐酸麻黄碱和甲硝唑的含量。方法 采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸(用三乙胺调pH为3.5)(7:93)为流动相,检测波长为257nm,进样量为20μL。结果 盐酸麻黄碱和甲硝唑分别在0.4997~1.499mg·mL^-1。和0.2907~0.8720mg·mL^-1范围内呈盘好线性关系(r=0.9998和r=0.9999)。平均回收率分别为98.97%和99.70%,RSD分别为1.77%和1.19%。结论 此方法可快速、准确地同时检测甲麻滴鼻液中的盐酸麻黄碱和甲硝唑的含量。
OBJECTIVE To develop an accurate and rapid HPLC method to determine the ephedrine hydrochloride and metronidazole in jiama nose drops at the same time. METHODS The chromatographic conditions are listed below: Hypersil ODS2 5μm(4.6mm × 250mm)column and a mobile phase acetonitrile 0. 1% phosphoric acid(use triethylamine to adjust the pH)(7 : 93) ,flow rate was 1.0mg·mL^-1,UV detector at wavelength 257nm,the injection volume was 20μL. RESULTS In the scope of 0. 4997~1. 499mg·mL^-1 and 0. 2907~0. 8720mg·mL^-1 each of the ephedrine hydrochloride and metronidazole had good liner relationship with their peak area (r = 0. 9998 and r= 0. 9999). Each of the average recoveries were 98. 97 % (RSD1.8 %)and 99.70% (RSD1.2%). CONCLUSION The method is accurate and rapid it can be used to determine the the ephedrine hydrochloride and metronidazole in jiama nose drops at the same time.
