摘要
目的 用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸米诺环素中甲醛的残留量,方法 采用C18色谱柱。柱温为30℃,以0.06mol·L^-1。磷酸溶液(pH2.85)-乙腈(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为336nm。结果 甲醛在0.21~2.47μg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好。结论 本法准确、简便、快捷,适用于测定盐酸米诺环素中甲醛的残留量。
OBJECTIVE To determinate the residual Formaldehyde in Minocycline Hydrochloridev by HPLC. METHODS A Cls (4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm)column was used with mobile phase of 0.06mol·L^-1 Phosphoric solution(pH2.85)-acetoni trile(50 : 50) at detection wavelength of 336nm;The temperature of column was 30℃. RESULTS The calibration curve wad liner in the concentration rang of 0.21 ~ 2.47μg·mL^-1. CONCLUSION The HPLC method is accurate simple and rapid it can be used to determination the residual Formaldehyde in Minocycline Hydrochloridev.
