高效液相色谱法测定复方消炎颗粒中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Fufang Xiaoyan Granules by HPLC

目的 建立复方消炎颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Lichrospher OSD柱（4．6×250mm,5μm）分析，流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（30：70），检测波长为280nm，流速为1．0ml·min6-1，柱温为30℃。结果本法精密度高，稳定性好，黄芩苷进样量在0．0472～0．236μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为99．11％。RSD=0．75％（n=9）。结论 本方法简便，准确。重量现性好，可作为控制剂的含量测定方法。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Baicalin in Fufang Xiaoyan Granules. ABSTRACT：OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Baicalin in Fufang Xiaoyan Granules. METHODS Using a HPLC method with Lichrospher OSD （4.6 × 250mm, 5μm） column,the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid （30 ： 70）,the detection wavelength at 280nm flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 and column temperature was 30℃. RESULTS The precision and stability were fine the standard curve of Baicalin was rectilinear within the range of 0. 0472 ～ 0. 236μg. r = 0. 9999 . The average rocovery of Baicalin was 99.11% with RSD of 0. 75%. CONCLUSION The method was simple accurate and reproducible and can be used for the mothod of determination.
