摘要
目的 建立决明子质量标准。方法 采用高效液相法时决明子中主要成分大黄素进行定量分析.采用Nova-pak C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,10μm)色谱拄,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(80:20),流速为1.0ml·min^-1,检测波长为254nm。结果 大黄素在0.1~0.5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=653.95×(r=0.9999).平均回收率为97.11%,RSD为1.28%,重现性RSD为1.89%。结论 本法简便,快速,灵敏,准确,重现性好,可作为决明子的质量标准。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Semen cassiae. METHODS Emodin was determined by HPLC. The Nova-pakC18 column (250mm × 4. 6mm, 10μm) was used. The mobile phase was consisted of Acetonitrile-0. 1%phosphoric acid(80 : 20). The flow rate was1. 0ml · min^-1, the UV detection wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS The calibration curve in good Linenearity over the range of 0. 1~0.5μg, and regression equation Y= 653.95X(r= 0. 9999). The average recovery was 97.11%, RSD was 1.28%, RSD and the reproduction was 1.89 %. CONCLUSION The method simple, quick, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and be used to control the quality of Semen cassiae.
