摘要
目的探讨红花注射液对细胞呼吸的作用。方法应用微量呼吸检压仪测定豚鼠肝细胞耗氧量。结果红花注射液增加细胞呼吸活力且呈剂量依赖性。结论红花注射液具有改善细胞呼吸的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Honghua injection on cell respiration. METHODS The oxygen consumption of live cells of guinea pig was measured by Warburg instrument. RESULTS The cell respiration was enhanced by Honghua injection in a dose-dependent manner. CONCLUSION It is suggested that cell respiration was improved by Honghua injection.
