摘要
目的探讨山莨菪碱联合机械通气防治家兔急性肺损伤的机制。方法35只健康家兔随机分为7组,A组(对照组)、B组(急性肺损伤组)、C组(654-2治疗组)、D组(机械通气模式1治疗组)、E组(机械通气模式2治疗组)、F组(654-2+机械通气模式1治疗组)、G组(654-2+机械通气模式2治疗组),观察每组动物肺组织的病理改变、动脉血气分析结果及血浆TNF-α、IL-8的含量。结果治疗2h后C、E、F、G组动物肺组织的病理改变较B组减轻,动脉血氧含量提高,血浆TNF-α、IL-8的含量降低(P<0.05),其中G组动物观测指标改善更为显著(P<0.01)。结论山莨菪碱联合机械通气的应用能更有效地改善急性肺损伤时肺组织的病理变化,提高动脉血氧含量,降低血浆TNF-α、IL-8含量。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of anisodamine unite the machine ventilates prevention and cure acute lung injury of rabbits. Methods 35 health domestic rabbits are randomly divided into 7 groups : A group is normal control group, B group is acute lung injury group, C group accepted 654 -2 treatment, D group treated by mode 1 of the machine ventilates, E group treated by mode 2 of the machine ventilates, F group treated by 654 - 2 and mode 1 of the machine ventilates, G group treated by 654 - 2 and mode 2 of the machine ventilates. The lung organizes the pathology changes and artery guts and the blood plasma contains of TNF -α and IL - 8 were observed. Results After 2 hour, the pathology changes alleviate of lung organizes and artery blood the oxygen contain to increase and the blood plasma contains of TNF -α and IL -8 to decrease were founded in C, E, F and G group. The changes 'more obviously(P 〈 0.01 ) in group G. Conclusions The pathology changes alleviate of acute lung injury and artery blood of the oxygen contain increased and the blood plasma contains of TNF -α and IL - 8 decreased can be obtained more easy by treated of anisodamine unite the machine ventilates.
