改良鼻塞持续气道正压在新生儿急性呼吸衰竭中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨利用改良鼻塞持续气道正压(NCPAP)治疗新生儿急性呼吸衰竭的效果及应用价值。方法 2000年3月,2004年8月我院儿科收治的新生儿急性呼吸衰竭72例,利用改良NCPAP治疗。结果 治疗前后PaO2、SaO)变化有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。结论 利用改良NCPAP治疗新生儿呼吸衰竭。疗效好,并发症少;正确掌握改改良NCPAP的应用时机压方法,可减少对机械通气的需要,能明显改善预后。
