农村发展与地区差距

Rural development and the regional gap

文章认为，改革开放以来，我国经济取得惊人成就的同时，各地区间差距也在不断扩大。最突出的是农村差距，它是构成我国经济发展区域差距的重要原因。而农村差距中最为突出的是乡镇企业差距，而主要不是家庭经营和粮食生产的差距。要实现农村地区协调发展需要采取的对策是：（１）加强对中西部乡镇企业的支持，包括资金支持和宏观环境的改善。（２）以提高生产率为中心，进一步发展农业。

Abstract This essay states that ,while China's econnomic development gains astonishing achieve-ment,the regional gaps have been wigening ,especially the rural regional gaps ,they are the main factors constituting the regional gaps in our country's economic development.The con-spicuous gaps in rural areas are not the gaps of family economy and grain production,but the township enterprises' development gaps.The measures to coordinately deveolp rural regional economy include:first,strengthenly support the developent of township enterprises in the western and central China,such as financial supporting and perfecting macroeconnomic environment.Second,further develop agriculture centring on promoting productivity.
