摘要
本文对杭白菊的存放条件进行了试验分析,结果表明:杭白菊的品质下降与其生化成份变化密切相关,使用不同的包装材料和在不同的环境条件下储藏杭白菊,对其品质的影响程度不相同。
An experimental analysis on the storage conditions of White Hangzhou Chrysanthemum was conducted. The result indicated that there was close connection between the decrease of the quality of White Hangzhou Chrysanthemum and the change of biochemical ingredients of White Hangzhou Chrysanthemum and that the use of the different packing materials and the storage of White Hangzhou Chrysanthemum under the different environmental conditions affected its quality to the different levels.
