对我国教师资格认证制度中若干问题的思考

我国教师资格认证制度的实施对我国教育事业的发展产生了巨大的推动作用,但同时我国教师资格认证制度在逐步完善过程中也存在着诸多的不足。比如:关于教师的年龄问题、心理问题,思想品德问题以及教师资格认证部门和教师使用单位的法律意识问题等,这些问题都需要我们不断地去思考和解决。

The system of our country＇ s qualification authentication of the teacher has greatly advanced the development of our country＇ s education; but there are some problems in our qualification authentication of the teacher in the course to perfect the qualification authentication, for example ,the problems about teachers＇ age, mentality, moral character and the attitude about law and so on. We should think and take measures to solve these problems.
