单片机实现实时跟随电网的优质逆变电源方案

摘要 本文介绍了一种采用MCS-51单片机和波形产生芯片SA4828实现的开关线性复合式电压型逆变电源。该电源可以在线实时采集电网电压送入逆变系统,实时产生同步信号和幅值有效值信号,通过波形产生芯片 SA4828实时产生和采样电压同频同步且幅值可调的正弦脉宽调制(SPWM)脉冲,并采用开关线性复合功率变换技术,实现高正弦度和强抗负载扰动性能的电源逆变。由于相位和幅值均可方便地实时控制,并可方便地构成闭环系统,因此可以方便地实现多台系统的并联运行和能量回馈,当系统取样信号同步取样于电网电压信号时,则可实时跟踪电网电压,逆变出和电网电压同频同步的电压波形,可以多台并联运行向负载供电, 亦可向负载供电的同时将富裕能量回馈电网。该系统可适应于各类负载,输出特性好,抗负载扰动能力强。 A switch linear compound voltage source inverting power supply realized by MCS-51 single microcomputer and wave generating chip SA4828 is introduced in the paper. The power supply can acquire real time online voltage signal of electric network and input into inverting system; generate synchronous signal and effective value of amplitude signal, then become SPWM pulse by wave generating chip SA4828. High degree sinus and good anti-disturbance performed power supply inverting can be also realized. As the phase and amplitude can be both controlled real time conveniently and compose close loop system, multi system can be paralleled and feedback energy. When the sampling signal is synchronously sampled from electric-network signal, the electric network voltage can be tracked and inverted to voltage wave, which has the same frequency with electric network voltage. Power supply can be paralleled to offer power to load and feedback the rest energy to electric network. The system can be adapted to different kinds of loads and has good output characteristics and anti-disturbance ability.
