摘要 本文在对玻璃熔窑保温前后各部位温度与其它参数实际测试的基础上,根据付立叶(Fourier)导热微分方程建立了熔窑散热量的数学模型,编制了计算机程序并进行计算;较全面定量地研究了玻璃熔窑采用隔热材料进行保温.减少窑体的向外散热,从而获得节约热能的机理. Based on practical measuring the temperature of diffrent sections before and after glass furnace insulation, the author, according to Fourier's difftential equation of thermal conductivity, has established mathematical mold of dissipating heat amount, worked out computer program and calculated, made a overaller quantitative study on glass furnace insulation with insulating materials and reduction of heat dissipating outwardly from furnace, and obtained the mechanism of heat enersy saving.
