摘要 一线教师游离于教育研究队伍之外,专业研究人员远离教育情境,从而导致教育研究主体的二元背离。教师的研究意识淡薄、传统的教师观念和教师的资质不足、教育研究机制不健全等因素致使中小学教师只教而不研;专业研究人员因追求教育理论的科学化和高学术品位而忽视真实的教育情境。解决对策:一线教师要提高研究意识和能力,专业研究人员必须走向生活体验,研究主体之间开展有效的合作与对话。 Teachers are not among the researchers, while the researchers are not familiar with the teaching circumstances. Thus, the antagonistic relation is caused. The lack of the consiousness of doing reserches and poor quality of the traditional teachers, as well as the imperfect educational system resulted in the fact that the teachers merely teach without any researches. On the other hand, the researchers are concerned about the scientific educational theory and academic standard but ignorant of the teaching scene. In order to solve the problem, teachers should improve their awareness and ability of doing researches, while researchers should get more experience. The research's subjects ought to have more communication and conversation.
