摘要
文章阐述了外交特权与豁免的产生、功能、概念及理论依据,并在此基础上分析了《1961年维也纳外交关系公约》的适用范围,同时透过数起侵犯外交特权与豁免的事件对《1961年维也纳外交关系公约》中有关外交特权与豁免的主要内容进行了初探。
The paper explains the creation, function, concepts and theoretical reference for diplomatic privileges and immunity, based on which it is analyzed the application scope of Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961 with the analysis of the main content.
