摘要
小学教育专业(本科)学生的教师职业情感培养直接影响他们的教师职业素质,并将影响到他们未来工作的成效和事业的成败。文章基于职业情感教育规律的认识和常熟理工学院小学教育专业(本科)学生职业情感现状的初步调查,从爱心与良心、职业价值取向、心理背景因素、教育教学实践活动等四个方面提出了小学教育专业(本科)学生的教师职业情感培养的对策。
Cultivating professionalism, which exerts a direct impact on students' prospective teaching performance after they graduate, plays an important part in pedagogical training in normal universities. Based on a primary survey of majors of elementary education in our institute, this paper discusses, from aspects of tenderness and conscience, professional orientation, psychological factors, and teaching practice, methods in euhivating students' professionalism.
