B超监测药物流产的临床应用

The Clinical Application of the Ultrasound Examination on Supervising Pharmic Abortion

目的探讨B超监测药物流产的临床应用。方法用药前及用药后7天均进行B超监测。结果用药前B超监测100例早孕妇女,检出符合药物流产条件的88例,用药后B超监测88例药物流产对象,发现完全流产68例,占77.27%,不全流产2例,占2.27%,胎物残留17例,占19.32%,流产失败1例,占1.14%。结论对药物流产的妇女在服药前后均行B超监测,根据B超检查结果指导临床处理取得较好的效果,具有临床应用价值。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical application of the ultrasound examination on supervising pharmic abortion. METHOD To carry out ultrasound examination on patients before and 7 days after taking medicine. RESLULTS Before giving medicine, the ultrasound examination showed 88 out of the 100 early pregnant women were favorable to be given medicine. The ultrasound examination after giving medicine showed that in the 88 cases, 68 （77.27%） miscarried completely. 2 （2,27%） miscarried incompletely, 17 （19.32%） had fetal remains.1 （1.14%） failed. CONCLUSION The ultrasound examination could be of great value in supervising pharmicabortion.
