摘要
分析当前国内石油化工行业新鲜水消耗和废水排放的现状,强调加快污水回用进程、提高水资源综合利用水平的必要性和紧迫性。介绍国内外石油化工行业节水理论,并在分析国内石油化工行业实施节水减排存在困难的基础上,提出节水减排的具体措施。
This article analyzes the present situation of fresh water consuming and wastewater discharging in petrochemical enterprise, the necessity and emergency of accelerating reuse of the process of wastewater and enhancing the level of comprehensive utilization of water resources. Also introduces water saving theories of petrochemical enterprise at home and abroad, and bring forward some specific measures concerning water saving and wastewater minimization in petrochemical enterprises based on the a-nalysis of difficulties to fulfill water saving and wastewater minimization in petrochemical enterprise.
