摘要
目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影在肾移植术后的临床应用价值。方法14例肾移植术后患者行16层螺旋CT髂动脉血管造影及血管三维重建,三维重建方法包括:最大强度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、表面遮盖成像(SSD)、容积成像(VRT)。结果14例髂动脉MSCTA检查,髂总动脉、髂内外动脉、移植肾动脉正常7例,髂动脉和(或)移植肾动脉异常7例,其中移植肾动脉狭窄闭塞4例,髂内动脉闭塞2例,移植肾动脉假性动脉瘤2例,髂外动脉夹层动脉瘤2例,支架术后1例,髂动脉钙化5例。结论髂动脉16层螺旋CT血管造影对诊断与评价肾移植术后髂动脉血管改变有较大临床意义。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of 16- slice spiral CT angiography of iliac artery in patients with kidney transplantation.Method 14 patients with kidney transplantation at iliac artery were examined by 16- slice spiral CT angiography. MIP, MPR,SSD and VRT were used as three- dimentional models. Results In 14 cases, there are 7 normal common iliac, internal iliac, external iliae and transplanted kidney arteries,4 cases of narrowed transplanted kidney arteries 2 eases of internal iliac arteries, 2 cases of false aortic aneurysm,2 cases dissecting aneurysm, 1 case of stem, and 3 cases of calcification with different degrees. Conclusion 16- slice spiral CT angiography is an effective technique in diagnosing and evaluating changes of iliac artery for patients with kidney transplantation.
