脑电双频指数对气管插管患者镇痛效果的评估 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究应用脑电双频指数(BIS)评估气管插管清醒患者镇痛程度的可行性。方法采用随机单盲法。56例气管插管的清醒患者分为两组,分别给予吗啡、咪唑安定镇静。在用药前、用药后20,40,60 min记录BIS,Ramsay(RS)和视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)。结果两组患者用药后BIS和VAS均明显降低。在用药后40和60min,咪唑安定组比吗啡组BIS下降更明显,吗啡组比咪唑安定组VAS下降更显著,两组VAS的构成情况有显著差异(P=0.03)。吗啡组BIS与RS呈负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.85),和VAS呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.48);咪唑安定组BIS与RS呈负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.82),与VAS无显著相关(P>0.05)。结论BIS不能准确反映气管插管患者的镇痛效果。
