摘要
基于Ansys分析软件,对XK5025主轴进行有限元建模,在得出主轴的固有频率和振型的基础上,运用能量平衡法,通过计算模态柔度和能量分布率找出主轴结构的薄弱环节,并对主轴进行了动态性能优化设计。
The finite element model of the main shaft was set up, the natural frequency and shaking type of the main shaft was calculated by using Ansys7. 0 software. Mode gentle degree and distributing rate of energy was obtained by using revising method of motive force. In this way, the weak structure of the main shaft was found out, and its dynamic optimization design was carried out.
