摘要
针对现代化施工对特种工程车辆的要求,讨论了采用基于现场总线控制的数字化电液伺服转向控制系统的建模和实现过程,通过采用开环参数调节和闭环系统控制,实现了多轴驱动的大型工程运输车辆转向系统的控制,从而能够较好地适应施工现场对行走、转向和调平性能的特殊要求。
Aim at the requirement for modern construction engineering vehicle characteristics, modeling design and implement of field bus based digital electro - hydraulic servo control system for steering manipulation were discussed. With open - loop parameter adjust and close - loop system control, steering control for multi - axis heavy - duty engineering transportation vehicle was realized. The designed system can fit for such characteristics as moving, steering and balance regulation.
